Bridgewater College is proud to announce that it has been named one of the Best Colleges in the Mid-Atlantic region by The Princeton Review for 2024. This prestigious accolade highlights Bridgewater’s commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to providing a top-tier education for its students.

The Princeton Review, a renowned education services company, has been assisting students in finding their ideal colleges and universities for over three decades. The annual Best Colleges list recognizes institutions that excel in delivering exceptional academic programs and creating an enriching learning environment. The Princeton Review’s list is alphabetized and unranked, emphasizing the importance of academic quality rather than competition among institutions. The 2024 listing has 630 institutions grouped according to seven different regions: Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Northeast, South, Southwest, West and international. Bridgewater College is one of just 97 institutions receiving the designation in the Mid-Atlantic region.

“We are thrilled to again be recognized by The Princeton Review as one of the Best Colleges in the Mid-Atlantic region for 2024. Our mission is to empower our students with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. This accolade reaffirms what those who visit our campus and attend our college will tell you—BC deserves a prominent place on your list of colleges to explore during your search,” said Michael Post, Vice President for Enrollment Management at Bridgewater College.

Bridgewater College has consistently demonstrated its dedication to providing students with a world-class education that prepares them for success in their chosen fields. In the 2023-24 academic year alone, the College launched an undergraduate engineering major in response to student feedback, as well as a minor in certified financial planning that will allow students to graduate with a CFP designation. In addition, a new partnership with The Washington Center in D.C. will allow BC students to have immersive internship experiences in their desired field before graduation.

In addition to its academic strengths, Bridgewater College offers a vibrant campus life with more than 60 student-run extracurricular activities and a strong sense of community that enhances the overall student experience.
