What is BC TimelyCare?
TimelyCare, a teletherapy program available to BC students, delivers access to 24/7 mental virtual health care from anywhere in the U.S., at no cost. Whether you are anxious or overwhelmed, you will be able to talk to a licensed provider from your smartphone or any web-enabled device.
TimelyCare offers:
- No cost, on demand support available 24/7
- Support from counselors via phone or secure video platform
- Service care options from a licensed mental health professional include individual and consultations from your smartphone or web-enabled device

TimelyCare is available to all enrolled full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students at Bridgewater College.
TimelyCare is zero-cost to all enrolled Bridgewater College students.

There are no wrong options! The Counseling Center and TimelyCare are both equipped to meet a variety of mental and emotional needs. TimelyCare does offer evening and weekend appointments, which would be a good option when the Counseling Center is out of hours.
All TimelyCare services are provided remotely via phone or video.
BC In-person appointments are offered during business hours. Call 540-828-5402 to schedule an appointment.
BC Counseling Center appointments are offered: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Walk-in hours are offered: Friday from 2-4 p.m.

TimelyCare is 100% confidential. As part of your agreement to the Terms of Service when you register your account, your records will be shared with licensed medical providers and therapists at BC. If you want to share your records with a physician outside of TimelyCare, you can print or email your records, or call 833.4.TIMELY to send a copy of your records to your provider.
