ODAC Hall of Fame Reception and Induction
January 17, 2026 , 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm
The Old Dominion Athletic Conference has announced its inaugural class for the ODAC Hall of Fame in conjunction with the league’s 50th anniversary celebration and five of our very own coaches and/or alumni are being inducted. Bridgewater College Athletics invite those who played with or for Doc Jopson, Duane Harrison ’81, Laura Mapp H’24, Carlisle Whitelow ’59, and Melody Derrow Hinkle ’91 to join us for a reception and induction ceremony. The day will be full of action as the Men’s Basketball tip off against Guilford at 2 pm. The Lady Eagles tip off against Hollins at 4:30 pm. All who attend the reception will receive a complimentary ticket to the game.
